  I've been eyeing this coffee spot for a while. Walked in today because I needed to kill about one hour, needed wi-fi, was nearby, and was in dire need of a morning cup of liquid gold (aka coffee).
  I'm so glad I came in. The employee (I only saw one) was very nice and helpful.
  She recommended the flavored latte, to which I obliged.
  I chose the lavender latte with coconut milk and it was delicious.
  I got a plain bagel with cream cheese and was pleasantly surprised to find out they warm up the bagel and spread it for you.
  I didn't try any pastries because it was too early for me, but I was informed they were all vegan. They looked delicious!
  The ambiance is also great. They have a couch, different tables and benches, and relaxing music loud enough to make you want to take a nap or read a book. Not blaring, but not too low that you can't distinguish the music. Play list was on point- kudos on that.
  Awesome place.
  I encourage one and all to stop by.
  I'll definitely be back to try out their teas and other coffee options. :)

  such a cute little place! we came here because we were staying in long beach but needed some coffee before our drive to SF. we stopped in on saturday 9/14 around 11:00 am & it was fairly busy but not crowded at all. i went with a 20 oz. iced flavored latte with lavender & hemp milk. my husband had a hot americano with extra espresso & also couldn't resist a vegan treat (i believe all the food & treats here are vegan). my drink was delicious, i love hemp milk but it's never available anywhere in utah where we live! the coffee was also super strong & the lavender flavoring was subtle, just the way i like it! my husband liked both his coffee & treat.
  
  the staff was nice & the prices weren't too bad at all. i doubt i'll be in these parts of town anytime soon, but i would for sure go again & recommended to those visiting LA but don't want to go far into the downtown area.

  Needed a spot to lay low before donating blood and host office hours. This was the closest spot to it so here was my experience on a Friday afternoon.
  
  Parking:
  Street parking and neighborhood parking, no meters.
  
  Seating: Spacious for single or group seating all in unconventional setups.
  
  Feels:
  The neighborhood is not your touristy gentrified spot. Just your janky yet hardworking blue-collar type of area. The cafe itself is pretty neat. Entered with a refreshingly cool and music from Jorja Smith. I dig the minimal art, natural lighting, and spacing. It felt like the owner is an adult however their free-spirited - inner child designed the spot (it's a compliment). Great place to lay low to get work done, coffee date, or chill in general.
  
  FOOD:
  Iced Filbert Latte (Recommend)
  Ordered it for here and was introduced to a hipster glass cup with a sustainable straw. The presentation looked desirable and the taste was pleasant. A good kick of expresso with chocolate and hazelnut.
  
  CUSTOMER SERVICE:
  Chill. Got my order relatively quickly.
  
  TL; DR OVERALL:
  4 Stars. So far so good. Price was reasonable, selections were desirable, and my drink was delicious. People were chill and I was quite productive here. I can see myself coming by here. For a local coffee vibe, this is your spot.

  I had heard about this place so I decided to try it out. I can now say, I don't recommend it.
  
  Cons:
  I got an iced latte that tasted like 99% half and half and no coffee, so I ended up having to buy another shot of expresso.
  My cousin got the house iced tea and also said it wasn't very good, so she didn't even drink it.
  The service was bland, not really welcoming or nice.
  
  Pros:
  I will say that their pastries did look promising and they do have a spacious area to study or get work done.
  It also is in a more secluded area so it wasn't too hard to find parking in the residential area.
  
  Overall, there wasn't many factors that made we want to return unless All other coffee places are full and I'm in dire need of a quiet place.

  Another Cute local coffee shop in Long Beach. Love how simple and not too pretentious this shop is. They have lots of Yummy vegan options that I have yet to try. Lots of drink options and various concussions. They have multiple milk substitutes to choose from: almond, coconut, soy, and hemp and other various sweetener options: honey and agave. I appreciate how well priced everything is and its all inclusive with their drink versus those added charges for your substitutes which most cafes do and you end up paying more than $5 for a simple latte.
  I personally got their matcha latte and it was delicious and refreshing. The shop also offers plenty of seating and free WiFi. Parking can be a lil tricky but doable. Go check this place out and Support local coffee shops!
